FOOD – NO PROCESSED FOOD OF ANY KIND (be it vegetarian or not!) . LIMIT SUGAR (only natural sugars and honey). NO LOLLIES. NO CRAP. LOTS more on food to come plus sample food plans for the week….
EXERCISE – They need lots of it! (2-3 hours per day!) I find formalised, methodical exercise the best. We do Tae Kwon Do, swimming mainly. Plus we bike ride, surf, scoot, skate, walk and do free sport in the park. If you’ve got a non-violent gentle soul, (and maybe unmotivated) – yoga, dance, gymnastics, motivational music class – they can lose themselves in the music / motion…if you can’t afford it – join the PCYC.
